The master bedroom suite also opens onto the balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, closet and dressing area. The second bedroom has an adjacent full second bathroom. The unit offers central A/C, ample closet and storage space, and a large flat screen HD TV Direct TV and streaming access. Garage parking for one car is included. | Property and neighborhood very nice. Condo was setup very nice. The biggest problem I had was the bed. The mattress is worn out and killed my back and my wife woke up every morning with her back hurting. I usually slept on the couch halfway through the night. | Ample space, well appreciated and nicely decorated. Everything and more of what you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Beach is across the #1 beach in the USA. Siesta key never disappoints. You can enjoy the most amazing sunsets every afternoon. The pool area is pretty too with plenty of lounge furniture and sun umbrellas. The apartment had extra linens, kitchen is spacious and with anything needed to whip up a delicious meal, even basics such tea, coffee, salt and spices. There was plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys. We had a fantastic time at the lake house and would love to come back. Unit us on a second floor with no elevator, which did not bother us at all, but may be an issue for other guest, other than that, this is the Percy place for a memorable vacation. |

| Apartment was lovely , what we hoped it would be. A minor inconvenience was we didn’t know about the additions towels that were down in the office for our unit. As per the Vrbo description we knew we would have one set of towels per person so we didn’t ask for extra, we found that out upon checkout . | We liked the property. It had some great beach accessories to use. Nice cart and toys along with lots of other stuff for the beach.
