This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, washer and dryer and balconies off of both the living room and dining room. Linens and towels are also provided. The facilities include a heated pool, tennis courts and a covered pavilion with grilling area.

| We frequent Siesta Key area, this was our first time staying at this spot. We will be back. I am very picky about cleanliness and this place was very clean and well stocked. It also included beach chairs and towels which were nice to use. The elevator was slow but not terrible and we were on the 7th floor. We did walk down the stairs a few times, simply for exercise not because the wait was too long. The views from the balcony especially at sunset were fantastic. Also close to the village and there are trolly stops right outside which is a nice mode of transportation. We will be back. Thanks. |

| Our stay at this amazing home was absolutely fantastic! The house was stunning and lived up to all our expectations. The bedrooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious. The property was just perfect for spending quality time with family. You can't beat the location - a quick walk to the beautiful beach and just a short drive to wonderful restaurants and shops. The sunsets and views from the home were absolutely breathtaking. Having beach chairs and toys available was such a nice touch! The neighborhood was beautiful too.
